Ron Ripley
Ron Ripley brings decades of experience in operations, asset management, and quality assurance within highly regulated environments. His career at Boeing includes leadership in materials management, tool and inventory control, safety compliance, and cross-department coordination, supporting complex systems with a strong emphasis on accountability and risk management.
Ron has overseen inventory systems, vendor coordination, hazardous materials handling, and process improvement, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with rigorous standards. In addition to his corporate experience, he owns and operates a small automotive maintenance business in Stanwood, providing him with hands-on experience in budgeting, project management, and operational decision-making.
He is ASE certified, trained in safety leadership, and a licensed foster parent in Washington State. Ron brings a practical, systems-oriented perspective to nonprofit board service, with a strong commitment to stewardship, safety, and organizational sustainability.

Ron co-founded PSPF and has served as its Vice President since 2023. He also serves as the mechanical expert and as a member of the Outreach Committee.
